Systems Support Engineer
As a System Support Engineer at our IT company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients through our remote Support Center. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues over the phone, managing and maintaining our CRM/ticketing system, and ensuring client documentation is kept up to date.
You will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate computing environments and infrastructure solutions for all clients, while delivering services according to scheduled contracts. Addressing client account issues promptly and professionally, you will interact with both clients and employees in a courteous and business-like manner. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring seamless support coverage.

Preferred qualifications for this role include holding certifications such as MTA: IT Infrastructure (Preferred), MCSA: Windows Server 2016 (Preferred), VMware VCA (Preferred), ACSP: Apple Certified Support Professional (Preferred), and CompTIA: Server+.
