I have every type of speaker in my home, mostly for testing and recommending. The GoogleMini speaker recently has had internet issues, sound glitches, lagging, etc. To fix, it needs to be returned to factory settings. Reset button is located on the flat part of the bottom, near where the power cord attaches, it’s a very small circle. Press and hold the reset button/After about 5 seconds, you’ll hear a warning that “You are about to completely reset Google Home.” Continue holding the button for another 10 seconds until you hear a tone.
