Chief executive of Apple Tim Cook unveils the new 12.9-inch “iPad Pro” at its special event in San Francisco. The new and larger model features a faster processor as well as two major accessories-the “apple pencil”, the first Apple stylus-like device utilized for writing and drawing, and the “Smart Keyboard,” an attachable keyboard. Not only is the new iPad Pro larger, it is more powerful and dynamic as it is the third size iPad that Apple has produced with a new A9 chip that Apple has said made it 1.8 times more stronger than the most recent iPad Air.
The new iPad Pro features a 10-hour battery life and also includes four speakers. It is marginally thicker than the iPad Air and weighs approximately as much the original 9.7-inch iPad.
The 32GB model will cost $799 when it is released in November.
