Office 365 has upgraded their spam filter so you can fine tune it to recognize these annoying emails and mark them as spam. The Exchange Online Protection security engine in Exchange Online that allows Office 365 admins to make changes to fine tune the spam requirements. The emails are ranked on a scale of 1 to 9, the lower the rating the less likely it is to be categorized as spam. The options to help decide which number you message is on the spam list is by stating if the email has an option to unsubscribe, how many complaints the email has generated and lastly if you signed up for the mailings.
