Windows 8 has presented us with a multitude of laptops to choose from. I was presented with just such the case when I started reviewing laptops. I came across the HP Spectre XT TouchSmart. This is an ultrabook that also comes with a 15″ screen. Many of the new ultrabooks are coming with 13″ screens or smaller. What’s interesting about this model is that it comes with different types of hard drives and some with dual hard drives. The one I ended up with came with two hard drives, a 128GB solid state drive as well as 500gb 7200rpm hard drive. This is a touch screen machine with 12GB of RAM and 1920x1080P screen resolution with an i7 CPU. This machine is fast and built with a solid aluminum case, it also has: an ethernet port, HDMI, Thunderbolt, 2 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0 and Beats Audio.
