The bManaged Plan (T&M) provides our clients with proactive support for the existing IT Infrastructure. BVA will proactively support the infrastructure, with patching, monitoring, anti-virus, and anti-SPAM. Support engagements In this support model are billed on a time and materials basis. All remote support is billed at a $120/hr. in 15 minute increments. Any support that requires an onsite resource will be billed at $135/hr. with a 2 hour minimum. Upgrades to the existing IT infrastructure such as installing a new fileserver, or adding workstations, are not considered support within this agreement and are billable events. Such additional actions are available at the rate of $135/hr. All emergency Remote response required to support the network is billed at a standard rate of $150.00/hr with a 1 hour minimum. All emergency Onsite response required to support the network is billed at a standard rate of $150.00/hr with a 2 hour minimum.
The bManaged Prime Plan (All In/Fixed Fee) provides our clients with complete support for the IT Infrastructure. BVA will proactively support the infrastructure, with patching, monitoring, anti-virus, and anti-SPAM, as well as respond to all Service Tickets at no additional charge. The Support Center (helpdesk) is available from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Additionally, our Emergency Response System is available 24/7/365. Any/All support of the existing infrastructure is completely covered at no additional charge. Project Engagements are not considered to be support of the existing infrastructure and are billed at the preferred rate of $135.00/hr. Projects would include anything that is added to the current infrastructure such as a new server, new applications, or a new technology solution. New workstation builds are part of the agreement and not billable.
