Microsoft data center headed to Phoenix? The answer is yes! A few commercial real estate officials said the new Microsoft office will be landing at Union Hills near Interstate 17 and that the Microsoft data center closed deal the week of February 10th.  Microsoft has various data centers worldwide, including Texas, Washington, and Chicago and many more.

A Microsoft spokesperson would not announce much about the Phoenix center.

“As demand grows for our cloud services, Microsoft is anticipating growth in its cloud infrastructure and we are continuously exploring new potential data center locations across the world. We have nothing to announce today regarding new facilities” said the spokesperson.

They want the project private as possible, so they won’t address who will be working on the project. Keep an update on the new Microsoft office to see when the project will start.
