MWC is announcing 10 new tablets. Here is some little details about five of them and their release dates.
- Archos Magnus series
- Sony Xperia Z4
- Lenovo TAB 2
- Lenovo Ideapad MIIX 300
- Huawei MediaPad X2
The Archos Magnus has one of the largest storage capacity around. With a built in 128GB and also a microSD slot for another 128GB including a 10.1 inch screen. Another version has a built in 256GB also including a microSD slot for 128GB with a 9.4 inch screen. Both of these tablets will cost $350 and go on sale until April of 2015.
The slick, slim and elegant Sony Xperia Z4 is also at a 10.1 inch screen with a 3GB of RAM and LTE connectivity is said to go on sale sometime in the spring in the U.S. The European prices are ~$620 and if that price is accurate, the U.S. price should be around the same price range.
Lenovo TAB 2 is another with a screen size of 10.1 inch meant for gaming and media with Android 4.4.TAB 2 will go on sale in April as well. For the Wi-Fi only, it will be $200 and $280for the LTE.
Lenovo Ideapad is very similar to the TAB A8, in size. It is equipped with one year subscription to Office. Ideapad will be available in July and starting at $150.
Huawei MediaPad X2 went towards the smaller size in tablets with 7 inches. With Android 5.0 and a high end camera and 5000mAh battery. Unfortunately, no details on when it comes out nor the price so keep a look out for more details on when it comes out.
